GDPR information clause regarding the processing of personal data.

Privacy protection applies to all cases in which BRIC Architekci is the administrator of personal data and processed personal data. It applies to cases in which BRIC Architekci processes personal data originating directly from the person who is the subject of the data, as well as cases in which we have obtained personal data from other sources. BRIC Architekci carries out the obligations with regards to the information in both cases, respectively in the art. 13 and art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter: GDPR) in accordance with this data. Below we provide full details of BRIC Architekci as the administrator of personal data:

1. The administrator of personal data is BRIC Architekci spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Francuska 22/9, 03-906 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000730142, NIP 1132972634, REGON 380076508. m.st. 2. Provided personal data will be for the purpose of: handling of the correspondence, communication, provision of services, handling and responding to notifications. Personal data is subject to court pursuant to art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

3. The categories of personal data include, among others: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, data contained in e-mail correspondence, IP address, data dedicated to the process/service/project.

4. Your personal data may be passed on to the entity processing personal data on the administrator's platform: IT service provider.

5. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of a legally justified interest of the administrator unless you object to the processing of data.

6. Your data will not be passed on to third countries or international organisations.

7. You have the right to access, rectify and restrict the processing of your personal data. You can also delete the data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected for or processed unlawfully. Your personal data may also be deleted in order to comply with the obligations derived from the EU or national law. At any point you can file an objection, which will result in your data stopped being processed, unless the Name of the organisation will prove that there are legally justified grounds to processing of data, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject.

8. You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU.L No. 119, p. 1).

9. Administrative data will not be subject to automated decision-making and profiling.

10. The provision of your personal data is voluntary to the extent necessary to provide a response.
